Biografy:Raffaele Fabozzi was born in Naples on August 13,1976.
He graduated in Law on March 24, 1999 at the Luiss University “Guido Carli” in Rome, marks 110/110 com laude. He graduated in classic Arts as well on June 6, 2007, at the Salerno University, marks 110/110 cum laude.
Since academic year 2007/2008, he has been a professor of Collective Bargaining at the Faculty of Law of the Luiss University “Guido Carli” in Rome.
Fabozzi received a research grant in Labour, Union and Social Security Law at LUISS University (Free International University for Social Studies) “Guido Carli” in Rome (2004-2008).
Doctor in Labour, Union and Social Security Law at the Faculty of Economics at Tor Vergata University in Rome (17th cycle)
Master in “Labour Advisor” at Tor Vergata University in Rome ((2001/2002).
Master in “Human Resources Management” at HKE (Human Knowledge Europe) in Rome (2001/2002).
Since January 1st, 2008, he has been a partner of Pessi and Associates Law Firm in Rome.
Since 2007 he has been a member of the “Administrating Board of the Solidarity Fund for the Support of the Income of the former Subordinates of the Autonomous Administration of the State Monopoly” (member by ministry decree dated March 2007).
He has been holding an integrative contract in Social Security Law at the Faculty of Law in LUISS University Guido Carli in Rome since the academic year 2006/2007.
He has been holding an integrative contract in Labour law at the faculty of law of the LUISS University in Rome since the academic year 2005/2006.
Mr. Fabozzi has been a lecturer in the Master Course “Organization, People and Labour” at the Faculty of Economics in the Tor Vergata University in Rome since academic year 2004/2005.
He has been a lecturer in the Master Course “Labour, Union and Social Security Law” in the Higher School for Public Administration and Local Boards in Rome since academic year 2004/2005.
He has been a lecturer in the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the Faculty of Law in the LUISS University Guido Carli in Rome since academic year 2003/2004.
In the academic year 2003/2004 he was a lecturer in the Perfecting Course “The new Discipline of the Labour Relations” at the Faculty of Law of the University of Studies of Molise, in Campobasso.
Between academic years 2002/003 and 2004/2005 he was a lecturer in Civil Law at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of the Faculty of Law of the University of Studies of Molise, in Campobasso.
Between academic years 2002/2003 and 2003/2004, he was a lecturer in Labour Law in the Master Course “ Corporate Legal Adviser” at the LUISS Management School in Rome.
Since academic year 2000/2001 ha has been a lecturer in the Specialization Course “Business Relations and Industrial Relationship” at the Faculty of Law of the University of Studies of Molise, in Campobasso.
In 2001 he was manager of industrial relationship for TIM S.p.a. for Northern and Central Italy.
From 1999 until 2005 he has been a consultant for ANAAO ASSOMED (Association of Managing Doctors).
Between academic years 1999/2000 and 2002/2003 he cooperated with the Chair of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law in the La Sapienza University for Studies in Rome (Holder of the Chair professor C. M. Bianca).
Qualified for law practise in the academic year 2001/2002.
Winner of the contract for the research about “Privacy in Business Relations” in the National Council of the Labour Consultants Society (1999/2000).
Speaker in several congresses.
