Biografy:Lorenzo Confessore is one of the founders of the Pessi and Associates Law Firm, he's specialized in Labour Law and Social Security Law.
Member of the Rolls of Procurator in Rome since January 20, 1994, he became a lawyer by exams and has been a member of the Rolls of Solicitors since February 13, 1997.
As outcome of the competitive examination called by the Council of the Rolls of Solicitors in Rome, he was appointed Second Secretary of the XIX Conference of Junior Lawyers.
He is among the authors of the Annotated Formulary of the Civil Proceedings Code published by CEDAM and of the hypertextual Civil Code published by UTET.
Confessore was a speaker in several meetings organized by AIGA (Associazione Italiana Giovani Avvocati – Italian Young Lawyers Association) of Rome, on the matter of illegal clauses and of the regulations of the forensic profession; he spoke at the Congress “Sanitary responsibility: recent civil, criminal, and insurance developments “.
He is a tutor in the Specialization Course in Economics and Sanitary Management organized by the Management and Economics Workshop of the CEIS at the Faculty of Economics of the Tor Vergata University in Rome (since the academic year 2000-2001).
He was professor of Hygiene and Labour Security in the academic year 2001-2002 in the course for the degree in Labour Consultancy at the Faculty of Economics of the Rome Tor Vergata University.
Confessore held updating meetings about labour law in sanitary institutions for ASL-RM E (Italian National Health Service) subordinates.
