Biografy:Iolanda Gentile, born in Rome on Sept. 28, 1971, graduated in Law at the La Sapienza University in Rome, on June 17, 1996, marks assigned 110/110 cum laude; degree thesis in Business Law about “Economic Public Bodies derived Companies: special rights Companies”.
Lawyer since October 21, 1999.
She cooperated with Professor Gambino in the Chair of Business Law at La Sapienza University in Rome.
Until June 2000, she co-operated in the Law Firm Carnelutti, acting as consultant and assistant for primary companies in the business and services fields, in merging operations, acquisitions and stock market quotation.
Labour, Union and Social Security Law Expert. Since July 2000 she has been collaborating with Pessi Law Firm, where she became Partner on March 1st, 2002 and Senior Partner on January 1st 2004. Associate in the Firm since March 19th, 2007.
She carries out judicial and extrajudicial consultancy and assistance about labour, union and social security law matters for primary credit institutions, nation-wide operating companies and businesses, working in the energy, telecommunication, catering industry, air transportation and service fields.
She contributed to the review “Rassegna giuridica dell’ Energia Elettrica” (Legal Review of Electric Energy).
She cooperates with UTET (publisher) for the editing of the hypertextual Labour Law Code.
