Biografy:Francesco Giammaria was born in L’Aquila on May 21st, 1969. He graduated in Law on December 17th, 1992 in La Sapienza University with the Private Law thesis: "The Prohibition of Inheritance Covenants”, which won him the marks of 110/110 cum laude.
Lawyer since 22nd July 1996, he’s co-founder of the Firm.
He specialized, in December 1998, at the Specialization School of La Sapienza University in Rome for Union Negotiations, Labour Law and Social Security, writing the thesis: “Overstaffed credit companies between legal and contractual discipline”.
Giammaria has been a Labour Law Professor in Tor Vergata University since 2001-2002, and teaches Labour Law in the Specialization School for Legal Professions of LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
He’s a member of the Scientific Committee and teacher of the First Level MA: “Organization, people, work” in the faculty of Economics of the Tor Vergata University in Rome and, during the academic years 1996-1997, 1997-1998, 1998-1999, he has been professor in Università degli Studi in L’Aquila.
Former lecturer in L’Aquila University of Studies in academic years 1196-1997, 1997-1998 and 1998-1999.
Francesco Giammaria won a scholarship at the Studies and Research Center of Comparative and Foreign Law in Rome (from April 1st, 1995 to February 15th, 1996).
He won a scholarship for the participation to the XIII Comparative Labour Law International Seminar in Certosa di Pontignano (Siena University), which took place from September 3 to 9,1995.
He cooperates with Professor Roberto Pessi in the Labour Law Chair in the Faculty of Law of LUISS University and with Professor Giuseppe Santoro Passarelli in the Labour Law Chair of the Faculty of Law in La Sapienza University, Rome.
Giammaria is member of AIDLASS ( Italian Association of Labour and Social Security Law).
He was a lecturer about Labour Law topics during training courses and daily meetings for some primary companies in the sector (ITA, SOLE24ORE, PARADIGMA, ISPER, CEGOS) and he cooperates with CEIDA, MANPOWER and ABI - Associazione Bancaria Italiana, Italian Banks Association.
