Biografy:Arnaldo Casamassima, born in Rome on June 18th 1966, graduated in Law in La Sapienza University in Rome, with the degree thesis in Labour Law "The Actual Job Security after the introduction of law n.108/1990” (supervisor Professor Renato Scognamiglio).
He has been a lawyer since February 1998.
Arnaldo Casamassima has been cooperating with Pessi & Associates Law Firm since 1998; he became a partner in 2001, a junior associate in 2005 and a senior associate in 2007.
Casamassima is an expert in Labour Law and Civil Law; former volunteer non-faculty member in the Private Law Chair of the Faculty of Political Sciences in Roma Tre University.
He wrote several articles published in the ‘Rivista Giuridica del Lavoro’ (Magazine of Labour Law) and his activity consists in offering legal assistance to many companies of primary national relevance.
For the same companies, Casamassima acts as consultant for normative issues, union negotiations and for the management of collective and individual human resources issues.
